Sample collection
- Take a sample of the mucous membrane of the throat (the area with white mucous membrane)
- Put in the Amies plantation. If there is no Amies medium, use Cary-Blair culture medium.
- Store and transport the sample at a temperature of 4°C-8°C (in the box to be delivered, there must be at least 4 ice cubes)
- The sample must be received within 24-48 hours
